Monday, September 14, 6:00-8:30 (turf...hopefully with lights this time!)
Wednesday, September 16, 2:45-5:30

8:30 Rehearsal (grass field at ECG)

11:00 Load Truck

11:20 Dress (bring coats on hangers on the bus)

11:45 Depart ECG

12:30 Lunch Stop in Bedford (fast food, bring $$ or a bag lunch)

2:00 Arrive at William Byrd HS

2:30 Official Warm-up Time

3:30 Perform

Following the performance, we will attend a clinic with one or more of the judges including feedback on our show. After that, we’ll load equipment and change out of uniform and watch bands.

6:00 Awards

7:30 Return to ECG

Unload Equipment

8:00 Dismissal

Blue Ridge Preview of Champions Competition at William Byrd High School, Vinton, Virginia.

TICKETS are $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for students (no charge for preschoolers).

CONCESSIONS are available throughout the event. The menu includes well prepared food at very reasonable prices. We have several “meal deals” for only $5.00.
